In 2008, the eco-conscious couple infused the Quebec market with a new product that it can be proud of. In their practice, that stems from permaculture, and that’s been perfected on alluvial soil left behind by the glaciers, both fauna and flora come together to offer a mouthwatering wine selection, created the way nature intended.
